I did the diet and it still works

This week I decided that it was time to take off the pounds I put on in Italy and so I tried my own diet and it still works.

Day One I did the Fruit, Veg and Whole grain diet.

Day Two I did the 1000 Cals a day diet

Day Three I did the 20 cups of water but only made it to 16. That is A LOT of water.

Day Four I did the nothing to drink but water diet.

Day Five is today and I am doing the nothing fried diet.

I have lost a few pounds and hope to keep losing next week. By this point on a traditional diet, I would be really sick of the same old think and be looking for excuses to quit. The hardest day was the 20 cups of water. Maybe we should drop that a little. I usually get by with a lot less H2O.
